We offer private couple packages, intimacy coaching and workshops, although supportive of each other their purpose and content do vary as does the structure and methods employed in each. Intimacy is all about you and your truth, first you need to truly know, accept and love yourself before you can share this truth with a partner. Our coaching and workshops are designed to journey into you, who you really are and where you are going in your life; it is then that deep relating with another is possible.

Coaching

Relationships are the greatest crucible for personal growth and development that exists, two independent people sharing the adventure of life together. At Freedom2B, we take a non -pathological approach in our intimacy coaching, we view your relationship as exactly where it needs to be in this moment, to reflect where you as an individual needs to grow, change or investigate further within yourself. You will move beyond blame and into personal ownership for your life, your decisions and your future. This will strengthen your personal power and your intimacy.
It is always about YOU! But just always!............who are you really? Is your relationship founded on truth, openness and integrity?

Although your point of entry into coaching may be around relationship we will draw your attention to our Life Wheel tool to bring balance and awareness to all life areas of your life, provide structure for future direction and highlight areas for potential growth.

Through our coaching you will be supported as you regain your independence as an individual within your loving relationship, we will take you beyond 'relationship' (noun) to 'relating' (verb) which provides a more alive, dynamic and free way to express love. You will come to appreciate that your partner is not there to be your therapist, to be responsible for your happiness or to offer continuous validation and compliments to make you feel safe, 'good enough' and worthy to be loved. Often when a relationship starts, independence can be lost and neediness develops: this is not fair or loving as it takes away your partner's freedom, as well as your own.

Fear is often brought up by this journey: fear that we may get abandoned if we stand as whole, strong, autonomous adults, who can self -soothe our anxieties, express our own needs and make independent decisions about our lives. But I feel that this is what we all know to be the freedom we desire most ...freedom 2b ourselves with sovereignty, to be in our relationships because we choose to be there not because we feel coerced by our partner' emotions or vulnerabilities. You will discover that integrity is the backbone of a relationship not your fears. To enjoy true intimacy you must poses the maturity to know yourself deeply with acceptance and openness, before letting your lover in on the secret!
Unlike a workshop where the facilitator's time and energy are dissipated throughout a group, our sessions are 100% focussed on you.

With coaching we do not give advice unless asked, we are client led and goal orientated in our approach. We will give out written information along the way to support you in particular areas or as homework, providing you with life-changing tools for the future.
